Construction begins on the University of Lethbridge 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness, a collaborative effort by Gibbs Gage Architects (Barry Johns (Architecture) Limited as design consultant) Cannon Johnston Architecture Inc. and Ferrari Westwood Architects. Construction progress can be viewed via the UofL’s webcam. The first phase of this project, the conversion of an existing gymnastics room into a 250 seat lecture theatre is nearing completion.
