This project was a design concept and feasibility study for a new Apartment hotel on Whyte Avenue and 109 St. in Edmonton. The 15 storey, 104 unit project displays two faces to two different communities while recalling the art deco history of the site. In addition to residences the project incorporates ground level retail as well as community space for arts and culture.
