The BJ(A)L | Gibbs Gage Joint Venture completes the site selection and scoping study for Suncor’s Firebag Village. This $100m project features permanent employee accommodations and amenities for up to 2000 workers and personnel on the Firebag site north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. This project is a sustainable village, incorporating design concepts that make LEED® Platinum an achievable goal as schematic design gets underway.
