Barry Johns is a design consultant with Gibbs Gage Architects of Calgary who have just submitted a Development Permit Application for a new twin-tower office complex on the Penny Lane site in Calgary. The project will follow a green agenda, and has been featured in a recent article in the Calgary Herald.
