Conceptual Design continues on ‘The Steppes,’ a premium three-building office campus in south Edmonton. The design features a comprehensive sustainable design strategy organized around LEED® principles, including geothermal heating and cooling. This project is a BJ(A)L | Gibbs Gage Joint Venture.
